L.B.Q.-Closed
LBQ
1782 Martin Luther King Jr Ave.
Long Beach

A nice small BBQ restaurant just south of PCH on Martin Luther King Jr. Ave. I really like their sauce. Not too sweet and has the right level of spice.
The lunch order of the pork ribs is pictured. $6.98 with two sides. A very good price and as you can tell by the picture, the ribs are huge. Nice smoke flavor and tender. Good quality and good prices make this the best BBQ in the area.
Service is pretty good. This is a small place and can get crowded quickly. But you get your food quickly and the people are nice.
I would go back to LBQ anytime. People who go to Lucille's or Naples Ribs are getting second rate BBQ. LBQ has the best BBQ in LB.
